How Our Coaching Works

When you enroll in our Coaching Program, we start the journey with an onboarding call to get you set-up, manage expectations, and discuss the game plan. Here we uncover your specific goals, perceived challenges, and what your optimal health and performance look like to you. Then together we build a customized plan and move you through the stages for success.

At MacroNutrition, there is no place for extreme or highly restrictive protocols because they simply are not sustainable. Instead, through non-rigid macro tracking and mindful eating (which is the ultimate end goal), the process stays simple, realistic, and enjoyable so it can truly fit your life.


Our Minimum Effective Dose Approach

Our Minimum Effective Dose Approach is all about achieving your health and fitness goals with the least amount of time necessary. It’s built on simple, sustainable habits and core principles, not rigid rules, food restriction, or endless hours in the gym.

You can do the workouts that you enjoy. You can eat the foods that you love. And because of this, not only will your routine be sustainable – it will be genuinely enjoyable.

We truly believe that most people hesitate to start working toward their goals because they think they have to overhaul everything. They worry they’ll have to give up their favorite foods, spend hours in the gym, and miss out on the rest and relaxation they enjoy.

But it doesn’t have to be that way. With the right approach, you can make progress without sacrificing the things that make life great.

The 3 Stages Of Our Coaching Program

Our coaching program guides you through three key stages from your starting point to graduation:

1. The Transformation Stage (Fat Loss, Muscle Gain and/or Performance)
In this phase, the focus is on dieting to achieve improvements in health, weight, body composition, or performance. It continues until you meet your specific goals or need a longer-term recovery. Temporary maintenance periods, such as diet breaks or refeeds, can be incorporated as needed throughout this stage.

2. The Maintenance Stage (Recovery)
This stage begins once your goals are achieved and continues until you have successfully maintained your diet and results for several weeks.

3. The Mastery Stage (Mindful Eating/Solid Habit Formation)
Starting after a stable maintenance diet is established, this indefinite stage emphasizes finding balance between enjoying food, eating mindfully, and training. It ends when you are confidently managing your nutrition without tracking, if that aligns with your long-term plan. At this point, you have developed the habits and behaviors to sustain your goals independently as a MacroNutrition graduate.
