Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie
Nothing says spring like strawberry shortcake – and this high protein smoothie form does not dissapoint! Refreshing, mildly sweet, and oh so creamy, we’d be surprised if you’re not hooked after giving this delicious recipe a go.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain, unsweetened nut milk
- 135 grams frozen strawberries ~2/3 cup
- 50 grams frozen pineapple ~1/4 cup
- 120 grams non-fat plain yogurt ~1/2 cup
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1.25 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
- ice to achieve desired consistency and volume 1/4~1/2 cup recommended to start
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender in the approximate order listed
- Cover with lid and blend until thoroughly combined*
Notes
*longer blending (~1 minute on high) recommended for more of a whipped consistency.
