Fresh and Fruity Summer Salad
Equipment
- 1 large serving bowl
Ingredients
- ~300 g spring mix salad greens ready to eat
- 2 medium cucumber chopped into ½ inch pieces
- 2 medium naval oranges peeled and chopped into ½ inch pieces
- 2/3 cup candied pecans chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup light feta cheese cubes pre-cubed for convenience if available
Instructions
- In a large serving dish, arrange the salad greens around the bowl.
- Add cucumber, orange pieces, and pecans over the greens.
- Sprinkle dried cranberries and feta cheese on top.
- Serve with your dressing of choice*
